RETURN POLICY
No refunds. Due to face care, body care and hair care products being natural, and for hygienic products once they are used and opened they cannot be sold to anyone else for safety reasons.
Naturallua diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of use and opened, In the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
